 Shipping & Time Frame

All orders are a flat $15.

I only ship to the lower 48 states and Alaska.

Please be patient as I am a one person operation and will be moving as fast as I can and the weather and my children allows.


Tubers

I am very small scale, I only grow 1-3 of each variety. Each tuber I send out will be checked by me to be firm and likely sprouted or with clear eyes. Tubers are pieces of a plant, that grow underground, they aren’t always pretty. If you are looking for beauty competition tubers I suggest maybe shopping elsewhere.

 

Virus Policy

It is widely recognized that a large percentage of dahlias currently in circulation carry some form of virus. Purchasing dahlia tubers from any source carries inherent risk, and I do not currently test my tubers/plants for virus.

I take reasonable steps to mitigate risk, including sanitizing cutting tools between varieties and closely monitoring my plants throughout the growing season. Plants that appear clearly suspicious are culled.

If you are seeking virus-tested or guaranteed virus-free dahlias, I respectfully recommend purchasing from a seller who offers that level of assurance.

 

Refund Policy

Orders must be inspected within 24 hours of delivery, beginning when USPS marks the package as delivered. If I do not hear from you within this timeframe, the order will be considered accepted.

If an issue is identified within 24 hours:

  • You must email me and include clear photos of the concern
  • Due to limited inventory, replacements are unlikely
  • Approved refunds will cover the cost of the tuber only; shipping is non-refundable

No refunds are offered for:

  • Tubers that rot during customer storage
  • Damage caused by USPS (claims must be filed by the purchaser)
  • Weather-related issues after delivery

 

I will also never just send a substitution.

 

Right to Refuse Service

Coggins Farm reserves the right to refuse the sale of products to any customer, for any reason, at any time, at its sole discretion. This right may be exercised to protect the integrity of our business operations, ensure product availability for existing customers, prevent abuse of sales policies, or for any other reason deemed appropriate by Coggins Farms.
